Delivery Information
Most of our items are made to order, so please allow 28 days for delivery, although we will endeavour to dispatch items sooner. If your item is expected to be longer than 28 days, we will notify you with an expected delivery date and you cancel your item without any obligation.
UK items are sent under plain wrap by Recorded Delivery (or similar). International items are normally sent using a service where a signature is required. Overseas orders may also be liable to import taxes and duties payable to your customs authority. This duty is not included in the total cart value and you are responsible for paying this amount.
Returns
We do our best to ensure that your goods are received in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, please return it to us within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund ensuring that it is unworn and in a condition as supplied by us. Please note, items that are made-to-measure may incur a restocking fee of 25%. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage unless we've made a mistake with your order or the goods are faulty.

Latex Care
Wash latex items in warm soapy water drying thoroughly afterwards. Store in a dark place, avoiding direct sunlight, and lightly talc the inside of garments to help stop them sticking together. Apply silicone polish (see accessories) to the outside to condition the latex and help maintain the sheen. Metal items, especially brass and copper can permanently stain latex. Avoid oil and oil based lubricants – used a water based lubricant when wearing latex. Keep latex away from naked flames.
When dressing, lightly talc the inside of the item and you’ll find it easier to slip into it. Even better, use a dressing aid/conditioner such as Eros Cult Dressing Aid and Conditioner. Latex is quite fragile, so watch out for sharp objects like those long fingernails and jewellery.
Promotional Codes
We often distribute promotional codes though media, Facebook and other outlets including our popular beermat distribution! Promotion codes may be entered during the checkout phase and the discount is applied before any delivery and taxes are added on. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Most of our discount codes are multi-use, so you can keep using it as often as you like, although most will expire after a certain amount of time.
